Pricing questions
- Is my data mixed with other companies' data?
- No. Every PayAppHQ customer gets their own isolated deployment with a dedicated database. Your projects, pay applications, and payroll data are never commingled with another contractor's — there is no shared multi-tenant database to leak across.
- What does annual billing save?
- Paying annually saves roughly two months versus paying monthly — about 17%. Starter is $2,490/yr and Pro is $4,490/yr on annual billing.
- Are these prices final?
- These are introductory prices while we onboard our first cohort of customers. Early customers keep their rate — pricing may rise for later sign-ups, but yours won't.
- Can I move between the software and the service?
- Yes. Done-For-You customers use the same platform, so if you later bring billing in-house you switch to a software plan and keep every project and historical pay app. It also works in reverse when your volume outgrows your office.
- Do I need QuickBooks?
- No. PayAppHQ works completely standalone — it produces and emails the full pay-app package on its own. QuickBooks Online sync is an optional Pro feature for firms that want invoices created automatically.
